Homework
After Ms. Patrice read the book "The Carpet Boy's Gift” for us, I was very sad for the children. They was sold to the factory for just about 1000 rupees, children are not for selling around. I think they all have freedom and the right to do what they want. Not listen to what their ‘master’ says. The children shouldn’t be treated badly like that. Iqbal did a great job by spreading the message out to other children that they have the right to go to school not to work in a factory, but unfortunately he was killed. In the world right now, there are still some people that ignore the rights of children. Those children still have to work very hard and being punished or hurt. In my opinion, this world will be greater place if all the children in this world have their own freedom and have an education. I hope everyone in this world understands the rights and help the children to achieve their dreams.
